Instructions
- 1. Mince the carrot, onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper in a food processor.
- 2. In a large skillet, heat medium-high and brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
- 3. Add the steak seasoning to the browned meat and mix well.
- 4. Stir in the minced vegetables and garlic, and cook for a few minutes.
- 5. Reduce heat to medium and add Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- 6. Mix in the tomato sauce and tomato paste, then cover and simmer for 5 more minutes.
