5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Chia Balls

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If using unsalted nut butter, add a pinch of salt and optionally 1-2 tsp of vanilla extract.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough (about 1 ½ tbsp each) and place them on a lined plate or container.
- Store the balls in the freezer for best texture, as they will soften at room temperature.
