Ingredients

  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup honey
  • teaspoon vanilla stevia

Instructions

  1. 1. Pulse together the dry ingredients in a food processor.
  2. 2. Add the wet ingredients and pulse until smooth.
  3. 3. Scoop the batter onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet using a tablespoon ice cream scoop.
  4. 4. Ensure to scrape all the batter out of the food processor for proper yield.
  5. 5. Bake at 350°F for 7-9 minutes.
  6. 6. Allow to cool for 1 hour.
  7. 7. Fill with Pumpkin Whipped Cream and serve.
