Instructions
- 1. Pulse together the dry ingredients in a food processor.
- 2. Add the wet ingredients and pulse until smooth.
- 3. Scoop the batter onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet using a tablespoon ice cream scoop.
- 4. Ensure to scrape all the batter out of the food processor for proper yield.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 7-9 minutes.
- 6. Allow to cool for 1 hour.
- 7. Fill with Pumpkin Whipped Cream and serve.
