Ingredients

  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • teaspoon vanilla stevia

Instructions

  1. Pulse together the dry ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse in the wet ingredients until smooth.
  3. Scoop the batter onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet using a 1 tablespoon ice cream scoop.
  4. Ensure to scrape all of the batter out of the food processor for proper yield.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 7-9 minutes.
  6. Cool for 1 hour.
  7. Fill with Peanut Butter Frosting.
  8. Serve.
