Instructions
- Pulse together the dry ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse in the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Scoop the batter onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet using a 1 tablespoon ice cream scoop.
- Ensure to scrape all of the batter out of the food processor for proper yield.
- Bake at 350°F for 7-9 minutes.
- Cool for 1 hour.
- Fill with Peanut Butter Frosting.
- Serve.
