For Pancakes

Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
- To make pancakes, whisk together the egg, buttermilk, and melted butter.
- Add the pancake mix to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes while preheating a griddle to medium heat.
- Grease the griddle and pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on top and edges are dry, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook for an additional 1-3 minutes until browned and firm.
- Serve with butter and syrup.
