Instructions
- Whisk together the dry mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl for about 1 1/2 minutes.
- Store the dry mix in an airtight container for up to 8 months.
- To prepare pancakes, preheat an electric griddle to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together water, oil, and egg until blended.
- Add 2 cups of the pancake mix and whisk until combined, being careful not to over-mix.
- Pour batter onto the griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve immediately with butter and maple syrup.
