Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, mixing until just blended.
- Let the batter rest for a few minutes and preheat the griddle.
- Grease the griddle and pour about 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
