Spicy Salmon Hand Rolls

Instructions
- Cut the nori sheets in half to make rectangles.
- In a bowl, mix the salmon or tuna with mayonnaise and reserved oil.
- Place a nori sheet shiny side down and add a spoonful of sushi rice on one side.
- Top the rice with salmon, avocado slices, and cucumber matchsticks.
- Fold the nori over the fillings to form a cone and seal with water.
- Sprinkle the exposed filling with gochugaru.
