Ingredients

The filling

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • ½ lb. sushi-grade tuna
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced

The rice

  • 1.5-2 cups cooked sticky rice

The wrappers

  • 4 sheets nori

The seasoning

  • 1.5 tablespoons furikake

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce together and set aside.
  2. Lay a sushi mat or plastic wrap on the counter and place a sheet of nori on top.
  3. Evenly distribute the cooked sticky rice, tuna, furikake, green onions, and spicy mayo on the nori.
  4. Wet your hands and gently roll the mat or plastic wrap over the ingredients to form a tight roll.
  5. Let the rolls sit for at least 10 minutes before slicing them into ½ to 1-inch sections.
  6. Serve with sushi ginger and soy sauce.
