Tuna Cucumber Sushi Rolls

Instructions
- Chop cucumber crosswise into two equal-sized pieces and slice lengthwise into thin pieces.
- Mix mayonnaise or cream cheese with Sriracha in a small bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of the mixture on each cucumber slice.
- Place a small scoop of sushi rice and tuna on each slice, then add jalapeno, avocado, radishes, and pickled ginger.
- Season with salt and pepper, then roll tightly and secure with a toothpick.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce.
