Ingredients

Tuna Tartare

  • 4 ounces sushi grade ahi tuna
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ small shallot, minced
  • tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ tsp sriracha
  • tsp sesame oil
  • pinch salt
  • pinch ground ginger

Mashed Avocado

  • 1 avocado, peeled and core removed
  • 1 wedge lime
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • pinch salt to taste

Spicy Lime Drizzle

  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 wedge lime
  • pinch salt to taste

Garnish

  • white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Dice the tuna into small cubes and combine it in a bowl with shallots and soy sauce.
  2. Add lime juice, sriracha, sesame oil, and ground ginger to the tuna mixture, then season with salt to taste.
  3. In another bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice and garlic powder, then season with salt.
  4. In a smaller bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  5. Layer the tuna and avocado in a biscuit cutter on a plate to create stacks.
  6. Drizzle the spicy lime sauce over the stacks and garnish with sesame seeds.
  7. Serve with crispy wontons or enjoy by the spoonful.
