Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash together the tuna and avocado until well combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- To assemble, place ½ cup of leafy greens and ¼ cup of matchstick carrots on each tortilla.
- Divide the tuna mixture evenly among the wraps.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla, slice, and enjoy!
