Ingredients

The filling

  • 2 cans (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

The wrap

  • 2 cups leafy green lettuce
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 4 (10 inch) whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash together the tuna and avocado until well combined.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  3. To assemble, place ½ cup of leafy greens and ¼ cup of matchstick carrots on each tortilla.
  4. Divide the tuna mixture evenly among the wraps.
  5. Tightly roll up each tortilla, slice, and enjoy!
