heart of palm, drained and sliced

Avocado Yogurt Dressing

thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings
The dressing

2% Greek yogurt, or dairy free version

avocado

fresh chopped cilantro

jalapeno pepper, seeds and membrane removed

Juice from ¼
lime

Instructions
- Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth, adding water if too thick.
- Place lettuce leaves on a plate and top each with tuna, hearts of palm, tomatoes, carrots, and red onion.
- Drizzle dressing over each wrap and serve immediately.
