Ingredients

The filling

  • 2 cans tuna (5 oz each), drained
  • ¼ cup hummus
  • 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 handful spinach, chopped
  • ½ of a 14oz can artichokes, chopped
  • 3-4 pieces cherry tomatoes, for topping
  • to taste salt and pepper

The wrap

  • as needed romaine leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine all filling ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Top with sliced tomatoes.
  4. Stuff the mixture into romaine leaves and serve.
