Spinach Hummus

Instructions
- Make the spinach hummus by blending chickpeas, vegetable broth, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, parsley, cumin, paprika, and black pepper in a food processor.
- Add fresh spinach to the hummus and blend again, then chill until ready to use.
- Spread about ¼ cup of hummus on each tortilla, leaving a ½-inch border.
- Layer spinach leaves, cucumber, and pepper slices on top of the hummus.
- Add fresh parsley, protein of choice, and hemp seeds if desired.
- Roll up the tortillas and wrap them in foil.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
