Instructions
- Drain the chickpeas and blend them with lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, and salt until crumbly.
- Gradually add water while blending until the hummus is smooth and fluffy.
- Slice the roasted red peppers and cucumber thinly, and cube the feta.
- Spread about ¼ cup of hummus on each pita.
- Add roasted red pepper strips, a few feta cubes, sliced cucumber, and a handful of baby spinach.
- Fold the pita and enjoy.
