Instructions
- Broil the red bell peppers until charred, then peel and cool them.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, salt, cumin, and lemon juice; pulse until smooth.
- Add the roasted peppers and olive oil to the mixture; pulse until creamy.
- Plate the hummus, making an indentation in the center; drizzle with olive oil and garnish with diced peppers, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
- Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies.
