Veggie Hummus Mini Wrap

Instructions
- Prepare the hummus by blending chickpeas, cumin, garlic, and tahini in a food processor.
- Gradually add water to achieve the desired consistency and add salt to taste.
- Microwave the tortillas for about 15 seconds to soften them.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread about 2 tablespoons of hummus on it.
- Layer the spinach and other vegetables evenly on top of the hummus.
- Roll the tortilla away from you to form a wrap.
- Trim the curved ends and slice the wrap into 4 equal pieces.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
