Roma tomatoes (thinly sliced)

Persian cucumbers (thinly sliced lengthwise)

carrots (peeled and julienned)

Havarti cheese (cut in half)
Instructions
- 1. Arrange tortillas on a flat surface and spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on each.
- 2. Layer 2 lettuce leaves in the middle of each tortilla.
- 3. Arrange sliced tomatoes in a single row, followed by cucumbers and carrots.
- 4. Place cheese on top of the vegetables.
- 5. Roll the tortilla tightly and wrap it in plastic wrap or wax paper.
- 6. Refrigerate until serving time and slice in half to serve.
