Ingredients

The wraps

  • 4 pieces flour tortillas (10-inch)

The filling

  • ½ cup chive and onion cream cheese
  • 8 large leaves lettuce
  • 4 pieces Roma tomatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 2 pieces Persian cucumbers (thinly sliced lengthwise)
  • 2 pieces carrots (peeled and julienned)
  • 4 slices Havarti cheese (cut in half)

Instructions

  1. 1. Arrange tortillas on a flat surface and spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on each.
  2. 2. Layer 2 lettuce leaves in the middle of each tortilla.
  3. 3. Arrange sliced tomatoes in a single row, followed by cucumbers and carrots.
  4. 4. Place cheese on top of the vegetables.
  5. 5. Roll the tortilla tightly and wrap it in plastic wrap or wax paper.
  6. 6. Refrigerate until serving time and slice in half to serve.
