Instructions
- Cook the Gardein Crispy Tenders and Birds Eye Protein Blend according to package directions.
- Chop the Crispy Tenders.
- In a bowl, combine the Southwestern Protein Blend with Southwestern Seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat tortillas in a dry skillet until soft.
- Spread a tablespoon of guacamole on each tortilla.
- Top with Crispy Tenders and Southwestern Protein Blend, then add ½ ounce of cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, bring the bottom up, and roll it up.
- Heat Earth Balance Buttery Spread in a grill pan over medium heat.
- Add the wraps and cook until the cheese melts, flipping halfway through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining wraps, adding more Buttery Spread as needed.
