Instructions
- Spread the Vegan Sriracha Mayo over the tortilla.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes in a single line on the center-left of the tortilla.
- Layer the roasted bell peppers, avocado, shredded carrots, and mixed greens on top of the tomatoes.
- Fold the left side of the tortilla over the fillings, then fold the top and bottom sides in.
- Continue rolling the tortilla from left to right until fully wrapped.
- Cut the veggie wrap in half and serve immediately.
