Tuna Wrap

The wrap

baby spinach leaves (or other leafy greens)
The filling

chunk light tuna fish, in water, drained

plain Greek yogurt

Dijon mustard

chopped walnuts

raisins, golden or California

capers

chopped flat parsley

Himalayan salt

freshly ground black pepper

red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine tuna, yogurt, Dijon mustard, walnuts, raisins, capers, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Mix until evenly combined.
- Place spinach leaves in the center of the tortilla and add the tuna mixture on top.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling and press gently to form a roll.
- Tuck the ends in and roll tightly.
- Slice on a diagonal and serve immediately or wrap for later.
