Instructions
- Drain the liquid from the tuna cans and add the tuna to a mixing bowl, separating the pieces with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, diced celery, diced red onion, diced cornichon pickles, thinly sliced baby spinach, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
- Serve the tuna salad as desired, such as on sandwiches, in lettuce cups, or with crackers.
