Ingredients

  • 2 5-ounce cans tuna in water
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • cup diced celery
  • 3 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons diced cornichon pickles
  • 1 handful baby spinach, thinly sliced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the liquid from the tuna cans and add the tuna to a mixing bowl, separating the pieces with a fork.
  2. Add mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, diced celery, diced red onion, diced cornichon pickles, thinly sliced baby spinach, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Serve the tuna salad as desired, such as on sandwiches, in lettuce cups, or with crackers.
