Tuna and Avocado Wrap

The wrap

Instructions
- Open the can of tuna and place it in a bowl, breaking it up gently with a fork.
- Add the chopped scallions and jalapeño to the tuna, then mix in salt, pepper, and lime juice.
- In a separate bowl, mash half an avocado with salt, pepper, and the remaining lime juice.
- Combine the guacamole with the seasoned tuna and stir well.
- Take two Pure Wraps or sheets of nori and place a butter lettuce leaf on each.
- Divide the tuna salad among the lettuce leaves, wrap them up, and enjoy.
