Ingredients

The filling

  • 1 5 oz can wild albacore tuna in water
  • 1 unit scallion, thinly sliced
  • ½ unit jalapeño, diced small
  • ½ medium avocado
  • ½ unit lime
  • to taste unit kosher salt
  • to taste unit freshly-ground black pepper

The wrap

  • 2 leaves butter lettuce
  • 2 unit Pure Wraps or toasted nori (optional)

Instructions

  1. Open the can of tuna and place it in a bowl, breaking it up gently with a fork.
  2. Add the chopped scallions and jalapeño to the tuna, then mix in salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash half an avocado with salt, pepper, and the remaining lime juice.
  4. Combine the guacamole with the seasoned tuna and stir well.
  5. Take two Pure Wraps or sheets of nori and place a butter lettuce leaf on each.
  6. Divide the tuna salad among the lettuce leaves, wrap them up, and enjoy.
