Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh tuna sushi grade
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 large green onion

Instructions

  1. Cube the tuna into ¼ inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil until combined.
  3. Pour the sauce over the tuna and gently mix until incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into serving bowls and sprinkle with chopped chives and toasted sesame seeds.
