Instructions
- Cut the tuna into small cubes and place in a mixing bowl with the other ingredients.
- Stir until well combined and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Use a cookie cutter to shape the tartare on a serving plate, pressing down to flatten.
- Remove the cutter and repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Serve immediately or chill loosely covered until ready to serve.
- Garnish with avocado slices, microgreens, and sesame oil before serving.
