Ingredients

The tuna mixture

  • 12 ounces Sushi-Grade Tuna, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce (or coconut aminos for gluten-free)
  • cup Green Onion, sliced thin
  • cup Sweet Onion, sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Furikake Seasoning

The base

  • 6 pieces Tostada Shells (or tortilla chips)
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Cut the ahi tuna into cubes and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, green onion, sweet onion, and ginger to the bowl.
  3. Toss the mixture to ensure the tuna is well coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
  5. After marinating, place tostada shells on a plate.
  6. Top each tostada with sliced avocado and a spoonful of the tuna mixture.
  7. Garnish with furikake seasoning, serve, and enjoy.
