Ahi Tuna Watermelon Salad

Instructions
- Trim away any skin from the tuna fillet and cut it into ¼-inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, grapeseed oil, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the marinade over the tuna and add salt to taste. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 45 to 50 minutes.
- To serve, divide the tuna among 4 plates, adding watermelon cubes around it, along with cucumber slices.
- Garnish with sliced shallots and cilantro.
