Ahi Tuna Salad with Sesame Ginger Dressing

red or yellow bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

The dressing

soy sauce

rice vinegar

finely minced fresh ginger

honey

sesame oil

Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients in a jar and shaking vigorously.
- Store the dressing in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- In a large bowl, place the mixed greens and drizzle with half of the dressing.
- Layer the ahi tuna, bell peppers, avocado, cucumber noodles, carrot noodles, and wonton strips on top of the greens.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle the remaining dressing over the salad.
- Serve immediately.
