Sesame-Crusted Seared Ahi Tuna Salad with Creamy Wasabi Dressing

Creamy Wasabi Dressing

Sesame-Crusted Seared Ahi

fresh sushi grade ahi tuna

white sesame seeds

Instructions
- Assemble the salads on two plates and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
- Scoop the wasabi mayo dressing into a small plastic bag and set aside.
- Remove ahi from the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking, rinse and pat dry.
- Cut the ahi into desired shapes and coat with sesame seed mixture.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over high heat and sear the ahi fillets.
- Sear each side for 30 seconds and the ends for 15 seconds.
- Remove the fillets, slice them against the grain, and place on salads.
- Pipe the wasabi dressing onto the salads and serve immediately.
