Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Spread Dijon mustard over the tuna steak on all sides.
- Combine black and white sesame seeds on a plate and coat the tuna in the seeds.
- Sear the tuna in the hot skillet for about 1 minute per side.
- Transfer the tuna to a cutting board, cut lengthwise, then slice.
- Cook asparagus in hot water with salt until bright green, then rinse under cold water.
- Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Divide arugula among serving bowls and top with asparagus, avocado, and sliced tuna. Drizzle with dressing.
