Easy Seared Tuna Tacos

The Slaw

green cabbage (thinly sliced)

radishes (finely chopped, greens removed)

fresh cilantro leaves (chopped)

Instructions
- Marinate the tuna by whisking together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and jalapeno, then pour over the tuna in a shallow dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll the marinated tuna in sesame seeds to coat.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the tuna for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until mostly pink in the middle.
- Pour some marinade over the tuna towards the end of cooking and cook for an additional minute.
- Slice the tuna thinly and serve with warm corn tortillas and the prepared slaw.
- For the slaw, mix together cabbage, radishes, cilantro, sour cream, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
