Ingredients

The sushi rolls

  • 1 large jicama
  • 2 medium red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • 4 sheets toasted nori
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium avocado

Dipping sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Nama Shoyu
  • 1 teaspoon freshly minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon scallions

Instructions

  1. Roast the red peppers, cool, remove skins, and slice into strips, marinating them with Sriracha.
  2. Prepare the jicama by peeling, chopping, and processing it into rice, then squeeze out the moisture.
  3. Slice the cucumber, carrot, and avocado into thin, julienned slices.
  4. Assemble the sushi rolls by placing nori on a mat, adding jicama rice, and layering with veggies and spicy tuna slices.
  5. Roll the nori tightly, moisten the edge to seal, and cut the roll into 8 pieces.
  6. Serve with the dipping sauce made from Nama Shoyu, ginger, and scallions.
