Instructions
- Roast the red peppers, cool, remove skins, and slice into strips, marinating them with Sriracha.
- Prepare the jicama by peeling, chopping, and processing it into rice, then squeeze out the moisture.
- Slice the cucumber, carrot, and avocado into thin, julienned slices.
- Assemble the sushi rolls by placing nori on a mat, adding jicama rice, and layering with veggies and spicy tuna slices.
- Roll the nori tightly, moisten the edge to seal, and cut the roll into 8 pieces.
- Serve with the dipping sauce made from Nama Shoyu, ginger, and scallions.
