Instructions

- Add the crushed pistachios to the mixture and combine well.
- Spread the pistachio mixture evenly over the salmon, pressing it down gently.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to achieve a brown crust.
- Let the salmon cool for 10 minutes before serving.
