Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (or regular mustard)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  2. Place the salmon fillets on an oiled baking sheet, skin side down.
  3. In a food processor, combine breadcrumbs, walnuts, mustard, and honey, and process until well combined.
  4. Spread the walnut mixture over the salmon.
