Maple Walnut Crusted Salmon

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for the walnut crust in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets on a plate and spoon the walnut mixture over each piece, distributing evenly.
- Refrigerate the salmon uncovered for 2 to 3 hours, if time permits.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Melt ghee in a large oven-safe skillet over high heat.
- Add the salmon to the hot skillet and sear the skin for about 2 minutes without moving it.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook the salmon for 5 to 8 minutes, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and serve, optionally drizzling with melted ghee and additional maple syrup.
