Roasted Brussels Sprout and Red Cabbage Pizza

The pizza

refrigerated pizza dough

shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

shredded red cabbage

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until tender, stirring halfway through, then set aside to cool.
- Increase oven temperature to 500ºF and heat a pizza stone if using.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to parchment dusted with cornmeal.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and top with 1 cup of mozzarella, followed by cabbage, walnuts, and roasted Brussels sprouts.
- Add the remaining ¼ cup of mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 10 to 13 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest, cut into slices, and serve.
