Instructions
- Cook the bacon, cool it, and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Sauté the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt until they begin to soften.
- Add balsamic vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes to the Brussels sprouts and cook for an additional minute.
- Roll the pizza dough into an 11x14-inch rectangle and brush with olive oil.
- Layer half of the mozzarella cheese, sautéed Brussels sprouts, remaining mozzarella, bacon, and feta on the dough.
- Bake the pizza for about 12 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for 2 minutes, slice, and serve.
