Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, optionally spraying it with cooking spray.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, dates, almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt, processing until smooth.
- Add protein powder, hemp seeds, and chia seeds, processing until well combined and a dough ball forms.
- Press the mixture evenly into the lined loaf pan using wet hands.
- Freeze for about an hour, then remove from the pan, slice into bars, and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
