Peanut Butter Chocolate Chickpea Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Drain the chickpeas, reserving the liquid, and whip the reserved liquid until thick and foamy.
- In a food processor, blend chickpeas, peanut butter, vegetable oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the chickpea mixture with the whipped liquid, then gently fold in flour and baking powder until smooth.
- Fold in peanuts and chocolate chips carefully.
- Spray a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and pour in the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing into 16 bars.
