Double Fudge Chickpea Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, saving the liquid.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking powder, and baking soda. Pulse until thick batter forms.
- Add milk and pulse until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Grease a 9×4 loaf pan or an 8×8 square pan and transfer the batter into it.
- Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
