Chickpea Blondies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas under cold water.
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, nut butter, and maple syrup; process until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the sugar, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the chickpea mixture to the dry ingredients along with the vanilla extract and chocolate chips; mix until combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and sprinkle with sea salt and cinnamon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean and edges are golden brown.
