Chickpea Peanut Butter Banana Blondies

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with oil.
- 3. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and blend until smooth.
- 4. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- 5. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- 6. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- 7. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
- 8. Allow to cool before slicing and store extras in the fridge.
