Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas, rinsed
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup oat flour (or almond flour)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, almond butter, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. 3. Add oat flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then blend again until creamy.
  4. 4. Stir in chocolate chips without processing them.
  5. 5. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch pan.
  6. 6. Bake for 22-24 minutes.
