Ingredients

The base

  • 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup natural almond butter
  • cup monk fruit
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

Add-ins

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Combine chickpeas, almond butter, monk fruit, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a food processor and blend until a thick batter forms.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
  5. Cool completely, cut into 9 squares, and enjoy.
