Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet and cook mushrooms, green onions, garlic, and ginger until mushrooms release juices and liquid evaporates.
- Stir in tamari, mirin, and white pepper, cooking until sauce thickens.
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with oil or parchment.
- Fill wonton wrappers with mushroom filling, seal with water, and place on the baking sheet.
- Spray or brush tops of wontons with oil and bake until browned and crisp, about 8-10 minutes.
- While baking, whisk together all dipping sauce ingredients and serve with wontons.
