Roasted Garlic & Herb Whole Wheat Couscous

The flavorings

Instructions
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add whole wheat couscous to boiling water and stir to combine.
- Cover the pot and immediately remove from heat.
- Let couscous sit for 5-7 minutes.
- Fluff couscous with a fork.
- Add minced roasted garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the couscous.
- Stir everything together and serve.
