Fudgy Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup banana (mashed)
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • to taste pinch salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or mixing bowl and blend or mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer the batter to the lined pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are firm.
  4. Remove from the oven and gently press down on the tops to form a crackly top.
  5. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
