Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or mixing bowl and blend or mix until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to the lined pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are firm.
- Remove from the oven and gently press down on the tops to form a crackly top.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
