Low Carb Sugar Free Raspberry Jelly

Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over lemon juice in a small measuring cup.
- In a pot, combine raspberries, water, and low carb sugar, then heat over medium until boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until raspberries break apart.
- Stir in the dissolved gelatin until fully mixed.
- Adjust sweetness with stevia glycerite to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate overnight to set.
