Instructions
- Coat the brisket with BBQ rub.
- Pour beef broth into the Instant Pot and place the brisket in, fat side up.
- Spread BBQ sauce over the brisket.
- Seal the pot and set it for high manual pressure for 75 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
- Optionally, preheat the oven broiler and brush more BBQ sauce over the meat.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until caramelized, watching carefully.
- Let the meat rest for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain and serve with additional sauce.
